Welcome to apartments Dora. We are renting two separate apartments, newly built (first season-energy certificate B) which are located in Gornji Karin, near Zadar and Novigrad. Apartmans have overlook the sea and Velebit, and they are located 250 meters from the beach. Each apartman have 60 m2 and a separate entrance. They are equipped with high-quality interior: living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, private bathroom with shower and corridor. Apartmans have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, SAT- TV, refrigerator, oven, induction hob, microwave, cutlery and drinking. One apartment has a terrace and balcony. Completely courtyard is paved with natural 1st class stone. In the courtyard there are two stone tables with oak benches, platform for childrens pool, two large spit (barbecue) with a desk, within a large parking. Gornji Karin is a small village located along Karinsko sea (in Adriatic sea). There are and big cities like: Zadar, Sibenik, Vir, Nin, Vodice, Zaton and etc. Also, nearby are national parks like Krka, Paklenica, Cerovacke caves, Velebit Nature Park, Vransko lake suitable for fishing, canyon of Krka river and canyon of Zrmanja river that is suitable for rafting. There is also a Franciscan monastery from the 15th st. and Karišnica river which flows into the Karinsko sea, stone mills, waterfalls, rivers and white, natural healing mud (brimstone). Just for notice, Karin submarine parts are covered with mud, which is used for various rheumatic diseases. The place is also known for its medicinal plants. Velebit (mountain), sea and pine trees give us an excellent climate (there are no factories nearby) so the air is very clean. Nearby there are bike paths, restaurants, shops, apartments and post office. Price per day is 60 eur. Price includes beds, linens, towels, dishes, dishtowels, parking, barbeque. Price does not include local tax which is 4 kn per person, for children from 12-18 year is 2 kn and children up to 12 year doesn`t pay the tax.
