Su Casa apartment is a newly built 4* apartment located in the oldtown center of Kaštel Novi, in Split-Dalmatia County. Apartment is the second row to the sea (100 m from the sea) and just 5 min walk to the beach. It can accommodate up to 6 guests (4+2). Apartment consists of a ground floor, first floor and attic gallery all connected by an internal staircase - all levels have air conditioning. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine…), dining room and living room (sofa bed) with flat screen Smart TV. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a queen size bed, a flat-screen Smart TV and a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. In the apartment gallery ,attic, is a second bedroom with a king-size bed, a flat-screen Smart TV and a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Within 100 m from the apartment are excellent restaurants, taverns and a pancake house for an ideal start of the day. Excellent location near Split airport (4 km - our airport shuttle service is free and available by prior arrangement.) and towns Trogir (9 km distance) and Split (20 km distance). Possibility of fee parking for 1 car in front of the apartment (not a private parking and cannot be reserved), public parking 70 m from the apartment at price cca 13€/day.
