House with maximum comfort equipped with all the equipment. Attention. Electricity supply by means of solar panels and in emergency with generator in silent position. Air conditioning and high consumption devices are not possible. The house being open on all sides offers optimal air exchange. Drinking water for sanitary use available from a private well. Drinking water recommended in bottles. About 3 km. you arrive in a splendid bay with crystal clear water. Walks on paths in total nature with lush vegetation. Available private parking. Drijana the owner (I speak Croatian, English and Italian) is always available to advise you in all your needs. 4.5 km. away is the village of Vela Luka. Very attractive with entertainment and excellent restaurants. They are available in the village. Supermarkets, local fish market - fruit and vegetables. We are sure that in our house you will spend a truly pleasant stay in an atmosphere of pure tranquility.
