The house is in the Kornati National Park, on the sea and in seclusion. The nearest facility is 100 meters away. There is a waterfront next to the house. There is a restaurant nearby (100-150m), and a couple more on the nearby islands (1-2 miles). In front of the house is the sea, and for those who like to hike and climb, there is also a hiking trail in Kornati. Additionally, a small boat (kepol) can be rented. The minimum stay is 7 days. Transportation, if you do not have your own boat, is paid for.
