On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, oven, kettle, fridge with freezer and table for 6 persons. On the ground floor is a living room with Sat tv, bathroom with shower and extra toilet. There is also a game room size 25 m2 with a PlayStation, children's corner and table soccer. On the first floor are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a tub and washing machine. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds and one bedroom with twin beds. Every room has air-condition and sat tv. On the first floor is also a balcony (25 m2), two bedrooms have an exit on the balcony. From 2022 house has a swimming pool size 25 m2 (size 6,60 x4,00 m, depth 1,35 m). By the house is a parking place. House is located just 100 m from the shop and 200 m from the restaurant. Also, just 150 m from the house is the modern gym which can be used during the whole year ( not included in price). In price included a weekly change of bed linen, towels, wireless Internet, air-conditioning and final cleaning.
