Apartment with a beautiful view of the sea and Crikvenica is located in a quiet part of Silo, 200 m from the center and 100 m from the beach. The apartment, which is categorized with 4 stars, is on the first floor of the house, and consists of a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a spacious terrace that is in the shade all day. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, including air conditioning. In the yard there is a secure parking lot for several vehicles, and we have provided you with a covered parking space where your vehicle will be safe in case of bad weather (hail). In the yard there is a barbecue that is available to you whenever you want. The entrance to the apartment is from the outside of the house, so there are no common areas and you are guaranteed privacy and security.We are always available to our guests because we live in the same house on the ground floor. We are able to organize a tour of the place, and recommend restaurants and sights of the place and its surroundings. After a tiring journey, we welcome all our guests with a refreshing welcome drink. Tourist tax is included in the price. We will agree with you all details regarding payment, reservations, arrival and other details in a way that suits you best. Additions to the price: Extra bed: 10 EUR / day.
