Just 100 meters from the beach, in the peaceful village of Klimno on the island of Krk, you will find this luxurious 5-star holiday home, measuring 200 m² and featuring a large hydromassage pool for up to 6 people, a sunbathing area, and a garden. If you would like to treat yourself to a holiday in complete privacy, with a touch of luxury and close proximity to the sea, this holiday home is the perfect choice. It has everything you need for a pleasant, relaxing, and carefree stay. The upper floor features three double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and TV. Every bedroom also has access to a balcony, where you can start your mornings with a beautiful view of the sun-drenched bay. On the ground floor, there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a living room opening onto a beautiful covered glass terrace and outdoor area. During sunny afternoons and pleasant evenings, enjoy a refreshing dip in the hydromassage pool, sheltered from prying eyes and ensuring complete privacy. The ground floor of the house is air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi. Private parking is available next to the house. The holiday home is also located near Meline Beach in Čižići, which is famous for its therapeutic mud. A 30% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation. The deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days in advance. The tourist tax is included in the price. The rental price includes free use of parking for up to 3 cars, air conditioning, the hydromassage pool, bed linen, towels, barbecue/grill, washing machine, dishwasher, and Wi-Fi. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. The bringing of weapons and explosive devices is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: by 9:00 AM
