The yard is 1500 m2. The house has two apartments. The larger one has 60m2, a kitchen, dining room and living room, two double rooms and a toilet. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace that can also be accessed from the living room. The second apartment has 40 m2, a kitchen, dining room, living room, one double room, one single room and a toilet. In front of the apartment is a new large swimming pool. Near the house there is a beautiful covered terrace with a stone barbecue. The space is air-conditioned, free wi-fi and satellite TV. Reservations from 12.07.2025 to 15.09.2025 are from Saturday to Saturday for 7 days or more. The yard is large with olive trees around. It is fenced so that it is completely safe for children and pets.
