This attractive villa offers a wonderful view of Motovun and the mountain Učka. It covers 1000 m2 and is completely fenced and suitable for pets. From every corner of the outdoor terrace there is an incredible view of the surrounding greenery and the olive grove, which is complemented by a feeling of peace and quiet, just what you need for a perfect vacation. The surroundings of the house offer the possibility of walking, cycling along the famous Parenzana tourist trail, and picking mushrooms and asparagus. Living space of 250 m² features a spacious living room divided into a relaxation area and a bar with wines from local winemakers. Both sections of the living room open onto a terrace, a sundeck, and a 32 m² infinity pool with a stunning view of nature. The dining area, connected to the kitchen, leads to a large covered terrace with a lounge area, dining space, and an outdoor grill – perfect for socializing outdoors. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom for complete privacy. Two rooms have double beds, while the third room has two single beds. One of the bedrooms has a terrace with a beautiful view of Motovun and the Učka mountain.
