Description of the House Irena: House Irena is rented in full. It is located at the entrance to Košljun. It is located on a private plot and has no neighbors, in peace and quiet without a crowd on the beach. The beach is 30 meters from the house and only the guests are accommodated in the House Irena. At about 800 meters from the house, a small grocery store. We do not receive reservations for groups that consist only of young people. In the house there are three apartments and have 10 beds plus 2 extra beds. 1. Apartment- - 1 room with double bed and extra bed with bathroom, 1 room with double bed, bathroom (2 bathrooms in apartment), kitchen and covered terrace. 2. apartment- 1 room with double bed and extra bed, 1 room with double bed, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and covered terrace. 3. Apartment - 1 room with double bed, bathroom, kitchen and covered terrace. In the summer period, when you spend a lot of time on the terraces, you have at your disposal approximately 80m2 of covered terrace with sea view. All apartments have microwave, coffee makers, water cookers and hair dryers. The apartments are air-conditioned, wi-fi available in the house and on the beach. The utility room is located with a washing machine. Beside the house there is a large barbecue in the tavern, fully equipped with wood and briquettes. The beach is shade and deck chairs. Pets are allowed upon prior notice. There is a boat mooring on the coast, and there are two canoes and a daily beach party.
