Our house has two accommodation units. Apartment Kaić 1 (2+2) consists of a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, microwave oven, kettle) with all cutlery and crockery. There is also a dining room in the kitchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, in one room there is a double bed, while in the other there are two beds. The apartment has a TV, WiFi, air conditioning, a large terrace with deckchairs (20 m2), and a view of the sea. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, sink, and toilet (towels, hair dryer). Apartment Kaić 2 (2+2) consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room in which there is a sofa bed (possibility of a bed). A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The apartment has TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, terrace with deckchairs. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, sink and toilet (towels, hair dryer). By prior agreement, pets are allowed. Guests of both apartments have the possibility of parking in a fenced and covered area for cars located opposite our building (the possibility of parking a trailer for a boat and other things in the remaining part of the same yard). There is a children's playground in the yard of the house. Guests have the option of using gas and charcoal grills.
