Apartment Luciana is a new spacious apartment. It is located on the ground floor of the villa. The interior of the apartment is 47 m2, and the terrace is another 20 m2. The terrace is covered, and there are sunshades on the side. There is a gravel parking lot in front of the apartment. The street is quiet and has little traffic, so children can even play on the road. It is located 100m from the campsite, and the first beach is about 200-250m away. The beach is sandy, the sea is shallow and always clean, there are no jellyfish, wiggles, sea urchins, grass... :). There are two other large popular beaches nearby, about 1000m away. The bathroom has a built-in shower without a threshold. The kitchen is large and spacious, the stove has 4 hotplates, several types of pans and dishes, and the appliances include a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, mixer, hand blender and food processor. There is also a freezer in the refrigerator. 3km from the apartment is the Velo Blato ornithological reserve, and 1km is a healing mud for rheumatic, dermatological and gynecological diseases. The mud is free to use. Paklenica National Park (NP) is 100km away, Plitvice Lakes NP 150 km, Kornati NP 150 km. The city of Zadar is 40 km away, Zrče beach Novalja is 40 km away, Pag Bridge and the old Fortica fortress are 15km away, and the medieval town of Pag is 10 km away. Povljana can be reached by car, bus, ferry and plane. The nearest airport is in Zadar, 40km away. There is a bus station in Povljana, connections are mainly from Zagreb, Zadar, Rijeka and Split. The island of Pag can also be reached by ferry Prizna-Žigljen or Rijeka-Pag.

Odličan obiteljski apartman

Apartman je nov, vrlo uredan i prostran, još ljepši nego na fotografijama! Mirna ulica bez kafića i bez prometa! Odlične plaže u blizini, iako smo zbog dječje prtljage morali ići autom.

Odličan apartman, dobar za djecu

Jako nam se svidjela prostranost apartmana zbog okretanja kolica i divna kuhinja. Najviše smo boravili na velikoj terasi:) Plaža Dubrovnik je prekrasna, 1minuta autom. Jedina zamjerka je to što dvorište nije asfaltirano. Hvala domačici što nam je izišla u susret!:)
