The whole space is air-conditioned with 6 air-condition units, and for a pleasant stay during the winter months, the entire house has central floor heating. The villa is Eco friendly, and a large part of its energy is obtained using solar panels. Each apartment unit is equipped with large flat TV screen, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, iron, safe, and linens such as robes, sheets and towels.
