Pakoštane is a small Dalmatian town located in the very center of the Adriatic coast with a unique position between the beautiful sea and Vrana Lake. Pakoštane is surrounded by four national parks (Kornati, Krka, Paklenica and Plitvice Lakes) and two nature parks (Telašćica and Vrana Lake) of unique beauty, as well as two large cities of Šibenik and Zadar. Bluemare Apartments are ideally located in Pakoštane, just 50 meters from the beach. In the immediate vicinity of the house there are shops, a bank, restaurants, coffee bars, exchange offices and all other necessary facilities that will make your stay more enjoyable. The house was built in 2012, and it contains five luxuriously decorated apartments. All apartments are fully equipped and ready for your arrival. Each apartment has: an equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils for cooking and eating, a coffee maker, a kettle, digital television with satellite programs, air conditioning, a safe, free internet, a terrace, equipped bathrooms and bedrooms. All guests have at their disposal: parking, barbecue, children's playground, summer kitchen with oven, dishwasher and all cooking utensils. Your small pets (dogs) are also welcome in the apartments with extra charge of 10 euros per pet per day. Apartment Bronze is located on the lower ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a terrace, a kitchen and a living room with a sofa that can be pulled out and become a comfortable bed for two people. Apartment Silver is located on the first floor and can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and one smaller bed, a bathroom with a shower, a terrace, a kitchen and a living room with a sofa that can be pulled out and become a comfortable bed for two people. Apartment Gold is located on the first floor and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. It consists of two bedrooms with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a terrace, a kitchen and a living room with a sofa that can be pulled out and become a comfortable bed for two people. The Ruby apartment is located on the second floor and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. It consists of two bedrooms with a double bed that have access to a large terrace with a sea view, a fully equipped bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and a living room with a sofa that can be pulled out and become a comfortable bed for two people with access to a balcony with a sea view. The Platinum apartment is located on the second floor and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. It consists of two bedrooms with a double bed, a fully equipped bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and a living room with a sofa that can be pulled out and become a comfortable bed for two people with access to a balcony with a sea view.
