Holiday Home Kotulin is a spacious house with jacuzzi on terrace for ideal vacation. It is in a good location in Pakoštane only 400 meters from Janice beach. House can accommodate max 6 adults in 3 bedrooms and one child up to 14 years old in living room on sofa bed. House also has free WiFi, free Air conditioning, free BBQ equipment and free private parking. Kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, kitchen utensils, water kettle, microwave, toster, refrigerator, coffee maker and dining table. Living room has a single sofa bed only for child up to 14 years old. There are three bedrooms and one has their own bathroom. One bedroom has an extra large double bed and the other two have a large double bed. Bathrooms have showers, toilets, hairdryer and toiletries. There is also a balcony with sunbeds and sunshades. On the terrace is an outdoor kitchen with fireplace and furniture for dining. WiFi and Air conditioning are free of charge. Parking is free and available on site. Smoking is allowed outside.
