Robinson's house "Sunset Romance", for rent ENTIRELY, is located on the southern side of the island of Pašman, in a beautiful small bay, Stivanja, 50 m from the sea, first row to the sea, 5 km from the town of Neviđane, on the northern side of the island, to which can be reached by ferry Zadar - Preko, 20 km by car, or Biograd - Tkon, 15 km. It can be reached from the state road D 110, intersection Neviđana, on a white road that requires more careful driving, straight to the parking lot next to the house itself, or by boat, a small speedboat, in the bay to the agreed place. A prior agreement is required for your boat, so that there is space in the bay! It is surrounded by greenery and olive trees on a plot of 400 m2, first row to the sea, which extends up to 10 m from the sea, in additi
on to four smaller houses 20 m away, which are also for rent.
The house is intended for accommodation of up to 7 (seven) people, 2x(2+1) +1, has a ground floor and a first floor, with terraces and is facing south, overlooking the sea and the national park "Kornati", as well as the islands of the Zadar archipelago.
On the ground floor there is a large fireplace for grilling and a terrace with a table and chairs, an outdoor solar shower, the entrance to the kitchen and the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, built-in stove - 4 x gas, combined refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (with filter), mixer, kettle. Next to the kitchen is a living room with a bar and chairs, and a bed for one person. From the living room you enter a bathroom with a shower, (hot water), and a toilet, on one side, and on the other, a bedroom (2+1) with a double bed and a bed for one person, with a separate toilet! For colder days, it is equipped with a wood stove.
Uncovered stairs from the terrace lead to the first floor. Living room, with table and chairs, entrance to kitchen, with sink (hot water) and refrigerator, stove - gas (no oven), shower bathroom, as well as bedroom (2+1), in which there is a double bed and a separate bed for one person, separate toilet. The living room opens onto a terrace with a table and armchairs, with a view of the sea and the islands.
The water in the whole house is rain water - potable, it is brought by a tanker, which is recommended to be boiled before drinking, tank 10 m3, it should be used sparingly, because it is replenished by a truck - a tanker that is not always immediately available.
Electricity is from 6 solar collectors, 220 V throughout the house. All rooms are lit with energy-saving LED bulbs.

Deckchairs are set up on our own grounds, 10 m from the sea, to enjoy the sunsets and respite from the bright sun.
Note: in the pre- and post-season, from 01.04.-15.5. and from 30.9. possible to rent only the ground floor for up to 3 people, with a 20% discount!
