Discount if you book early! The house is located 2 km south of the center of Tkon, right next to the road. You can drive through the courtyard gate and park your car right next to the house. Next to the house, there is a nudist camp that is hidden from view by climbing plants. The first building on the other side is 50m away. The house is located 10 m from the sea and a sandy beach. The sea is about half a meter deep with a sandy bottom, which is ideal for children. In front of the house there is a covered wooden terrace with a table and benches where you can enjoy the shade and have lunch, and right next to it is a stone grill. There is also an overhang right in front of the house that provides shade. There is an outdoor shower on the terrace. The ground floor of the house consists of one space in which there is a new modern kitchen with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Of the kitchen appliances, there is a kettle and a coffee machine. The living room consists of a sofa bed that becomes an extra bed, a small table for the sofa, an old massive wooden shelf, and a television. The TV is equipped with satellite channels, and private WiFi is also available. Right next to the window, there is a massive table and benches where you can also eat and enjoy the beautiful view of Biograd na Moru. On the first floor of the house (in the attic) there are two bedrooms and a toilet. One has a double bed, and the other has two single beds. The air conditioner is located upstairs to provide a more comfortable sleep. Behind the house, there is a spacious yard that is fenced on all sides, and on one side there are 6 olive trees right next to the edge of the yard. Reservations: Check in and check out must be on Saturday or Sunday, so you stay in the house for 7 or 14 days.
