A nice little romantic holiday house, Nikolas 1, is located 250 m from the sea, surrounded by greenery in a quiet part of Peroj. Ideal for lovers of peaceful and quiet vacations. The capacity of the house is 2 people. 1 child by arrangement. The house consists of one room with a double bed, a living room with a kitchen with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a toilet, a terrace. In the living room there is air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, stove, dish washer. Covered terrace with table and chairs. The yard has a yard in front where there is a grill, a table with chairs, deckchairs. Complete renovation: 2023 The pebble beach is only 250 m from the house as the crow flies, about 350 m on foot, also suitable for small children. Deposit in case of damage - 200 Euro/ to be paid upon arrival The house is completely fenced. We are preparing new photos. The yard is still being arranged, new grass is being laid.
