Welcome to Villa Oliva, a luxury accommodation, located on the quaint coast of Istria, opposite of the Brijuni Islands. Our villa is positioned close to the sea, surrounded by Mediterranean trees, shrubs, our own vineyard, olive grove, kitchen garden, and a lawn suitable for children’s play area. The Villa is within 1-2 minutes’ walk of the pebbled beach easily reached by a country path. If you are looking for accommodation for a special occasion, honeymoon, wine tasting or a leisurely few days away from the city hustle and bustle, at Villa Oliva you will find a place that will bring out the nature-loving spirit in you The magnificent Villa comprises three apartments on the ground floor and one on the first floor, from where you can enjoy the wonderful view that reaches all the way to one of the famous national parks of Europe – Brijuni. Our guestrooms were built in 2002 and are exquisitely furnished. The two smaller apartments each comprise one bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower cabin, and a balcony, while the other two, bigger and better equipped apartments each comprise two bedrooms, a living room, a separate kitchen with dining area, a bathroom, and a balcony. The apartment on the first floor, which accommodates four persons, is the most luxurious. Remember that that Villa Oliva is located 10km from the city of Pula, where you can fulfill all your discerning shopping needs as well as visit cultural and historical attractions. You can do your grocery shopping in Peroj, or Fažana which is less than 3km away from the Villa. You can do day trips and go clubbing if you like music and dancing, and you need not go far as all this amusement is available in the nearby Barbariga, Perojska šuma, and Fažana. If you prefer to stay in once you are done with your daily activities, you can simply sit back and relax in the pleasant ambience of Vila Oliva
