Family house located at first row to the sea on the main beach in Pirovac. There are 7 apartments, some of them are 4 and some 3 stars. Almost all apartments, with the exception of one studio apartment, have a view of the sea and the main beach in front of the house. The terraces are large and spacious, have roof panels as protection from the heat and provide the comfort of enjoying the sea view and view of surrounding islands. In the yard for our guests we offer: beach chairs, gas grill, shower and toilet for our guests. The yard has been newly renovated since last year, an urban touch with a lot of rock tiles that exudes harmony and purity, a work of art - the Wind Rose at the very entrance to the yard, a discreet forged fence that offers a panoramic view of that piece of paradise. All guests receive 1L of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 1L of Walnut Grappa as a gift on departure, and the same products will be waiting for them in the apartment: a bottle of Studena, bottle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil from personal production and bottle of Walnut Grappa also from personal production. Both products are for tasting and enjoying during the vacation. Because the vacation should be about hedonism, and all the rest are stories ! Tourist tax is included in the price. There is no payment for the use of air conditioning, no payment for final cleaning, i.e. - apart from the rental price, there are no additional fees. When the guest decides to make a reservation, the rule is to send approximately 25% of the total amount of the reservation. We round up to the full amount for easier calculation of the remaining payment. The cancellation policy is strict (no refund of advance payment). Smoking is allowed on the terraces of each apartment. Pets are allowed with an additional charge of €5 for small breeds and €10 for medium and large breeds. It is possible to get a mooring for a boat and a place to store a boat trailer with an additional charge of €10 for each service. Also, we kindly ask that if the air conditioners are working, the balcony doors must not be wide open, i.e. neither wide nor half-open. Let's respect each other and behave the way you would behave at home. Because while you are at holiday vacation, your house starts to be our house. The parking lot is located 200 m from the house, it is covered with roof panels. Each parking space has a bumper that the guest unlocks so that each guest has their own guaranteed parking space. Since there are 7 apartments, each individual apartment has house rules and we kindly ask you to follow them! This mean that from midnight to seven in the morning there is no noise and commotion so that you and the guests around you, could have a good memory on the vacation in our apartments !
