Villa Marie is a house with two residential units, but these can easily be used together by a large group of people! The house is very well equipped and offers excellent living comfort. All bedrooms and living rooms have air conditioning. The house has 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms, three of those bedrooms have a double bed and two of those bedrooms each have two single beds. On the ground floor there are two living rooms, two kitchens, two storage rooms and two guest toilets. Outside, the villa provides a very nice pool of approx. 24 m2 including a separate pool for small children of approx. 4 m2 and a shower. As well as two large covered terraces with a barbecue and rustic oak seating furniture. The house is located in a village called Musalez. Which is 5 km from Porec and the nearest beaches. It is a romantic village characterized by forests, vineyards, olive groves and the typical Istrian architecture of the houses. The surrounding area offers an attractive offer for families such as cycling, hiking, diving, adventure water parks, and a wide variety of beaches. Typical Istrian restaurants (Konoba) are in the immediate vicinity.
