On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a half bath, a master kitchen and master dining area with a living room. From the ground floor you have direct access to the front yard with a terrace and a pool, and from the kitchen you have access to the backyard with another terrace. From the backyard stairs lead to the first floor where the beautiful view stretches to the sea. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, small auxiliary kitchen and additional living room. The plan of the house makes it perfect for one large family or two families coming to spend vacation together. There are places in and around the house where you can all enjoy together but as divided in two floors it also offers possibility to retreat in privacy when you need it.
