Dear guests, We invite you to our family oasis in PRIMOŠTEN, where we have been providing hospitality for more than 35 years. Our apartments are located only 120 meters from the beach, where in the morning you can enjoy the fresh smell of the sea and the gentle dance of seagulls. After sunbathing on one of the most beautiful Adriatic beaches, you will be able to admire the beautiful sunset and sea panorama from the terrace of the apartment. During the day, you have the opportunity to relax by the garden grill and live life at the rhythm you choose. Secured private parking in front of the apartment.

Úžasné místo. Apartmán velmi dobře vybavený, na 100% spokojená. Všem doporučuji. Majitelé velmi příjemný a všechno bylo perfektní. Rádi se budeme vracet.

Ich kann dieses wunderschöne Apartment nur empfehlen. Es ist sehr sauber und gut organisiert, mit einer romantischen Atmosphäre, die perfekt für Paare ist. Der atemberaubende Panoramablick macht den Aufenthalt unvergesslich. Die Lage ist hervorragend, in der Nähe von Stränden, Restaurants und dem alten Dorf. Antonella, die Gastgeberin, ist sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

**Recommendation for the Apartment** I recently had the pleasure of staying at an amazing apartment that I highly recommend. The place is exceptionally clean and well-organized, which immediately gave us a sense of comfort upon arrival. The ambiance is delightful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for relaxation. One of the standout features of this apartment is the stunning panoramic view, which simply took our breath away. It is truly a treat to enjoy such beautiful scenery every day. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay. We appreciated the convenience of having a washing machine, a grill for outdoor cooking, and ample parking right in front of the house. Additionally, everything you might need, including shops and restaurants, is conveniently located nearby. Antonella, the host, is exceptionally kind and welcoming. Her warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable, and we felt right at home. We're definitely looking forward to returning to this lovely place. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a pleasant home-like atmosphere. Warmest recommendations!
