House is surrounded with nice garden, full of greenery & fruit trees, There is a private parking lot with space for 3 vehicles. Rental house is located 2 km away from Pula city centre, 2 km from sea. Within few minutes drive you can reach numerous beautiful beaches, as well as highway access road, airport or antic Pula town core. Vacation house Casa SOLE consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchen, and living room with sofabed for 2 persons, (&2 extra spare bed if needed), making it ideal for two smaller or one bigger family or group up to 6 persons. Here you can have peaceful and quiet vacation and yet be close to all amenities such as restaurants, grocery or shopping malls, gas station with car wash service, public transportation, etc... This cute holiday house can be rented as a whole unit only, and is divided in two apartments connected with common entrance. House is fully equipped. This includes linens, towels ( change every 4 days ), cooker, fridge, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, washing machine, free internet, satellite TV, radio, and central air conditioning for instant heating an cooling with remote control. The windows are made of wood and has a lot of light during the day. The garden has a barbecue, table and chairs and a balcony terrace covered with natural materials so you can enjoy a light summer lunch, safe and protected from the sun. Check-in time 02 p.m. If you are arriving at a different time, please notify us by e-mail at least two days in advance. Check-out by 10.00 a.m. The tourist tax is included in the price.
