The air-conditioned 42m2 apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a covered and tiled terrace and a fenced yard with a large parking space. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove without an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, an electric toaster, the necessary dishes and kitchen towels. The kitchen is air conditioned. The relaxation area has a sofa, a flat-screen TV-SAT and a coffee table. The bathroom has a shower, a hairdryer, towels with free shampoo and toilet paper. It is located only 4-7km from the beaches, the city center, the sights of Pula, the airport, and 500m from shops, restaurants, and a bus station. View from the property: panorama, yard, meadows. Not suitable for children under 3 years old. Minimum stay: 3 nights with a 20% surcharge on the price, and in July and August the minimum stay is 7 nights. The owner lives permanently in a shady house with a separate entrance. My cat Cicana is also in the yard. I allow 1 female dog for the sake of the cat and the flowers in the yard.
