The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building in the center of the historic part of Pula, at the beginning of the city promenade and 100 m from the main city market. The apartment has free high-speed WI-FI. The bedroom and living room are equipped with new SEPARATE high-end air conditioners (strong and silent). The large living room (25m2) has a HD flat screen TV with over 100 programs. In the living room there is a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher) and a three-seater sofa, which, if used for sleeping has dimensions of 180 x 200 cm. The bedroom has a large double bed (200 x 200 cm). The novelty is that a multifunctional fitness machine has been installed in the sleeping room. The apartment has an energy certificate B, which ensures a pleasant microclimate and stay. Due to the equipment of the apartment and the services provided, the guests have the impression that they are at home! Ironing board, iron, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, ... are part of the apartment. The bathroom with shower and toilet has free toiletries, toilet paper, hairdryer, towels, slippers, and a washing machine. The apartment is 300 m from the Golden Gate (4-minute walk) and 600 m from the Arena (8-minute walk). All major events in the city take place in the immediate vicinity. The main shopping street with numerous restaurants and bars, the main city square Forum, are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Pula's historical sights are a few minutes' walk away. There are a large number of parking spaces in the immediate vicinity, and local bus stops are about 50 meters away. The nearest beaches are 2-3 km away. The location of the apartment is 50 m from the tourist clinic and 300 m from the hospital.
