Apartment Oleandro*** on the ground floor of a family house for 6 people .... but if you like privacy and spaciousness, the apartment will be enjoyed by 4 people. The app is located in a quiet part of the city of Pula (Veli Vrh), only 1.5 km walk to the city center, Pula Arena or about 2.5 km to the nearest beach. The apartment has three bedrooms (beds: 180x200), kitchen, dining room and bathroom with toilet and bathtub. Completely equipped: washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, electric gas stove with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee / filter, electric grill, SAT / TV, air conditioning (2), free Wi fi and parking . In the courtyard on the terrace with greenery and a stone table from the bench you can drink morning coffee, have breakfast, lunch or dinner in the shade. Near the apartment there are two restaurants and a steak house (100 m) and an excellent pizzeria (500 m), supermarket, pharmacy, post office (exchange office), ATM, bicycle and scooter rental, self-service car wash and gas station, just 100 m. Montegrandini, as the residents of this increasingly desirable neighborhood call themselves, are a coherent community in which togetherness is expressed. Good neighborly relations, celebrating with cakes on some occasion, help and contact over the fence and neighborhood festivals are something that got lost in the busy daily rhythm. This is what makes Veli Vrh different from other Pula neighborhoods Popular Velovrška balinjerada (filmed by Duško MARUŠIĆ ČIČI) Veli Vrh is in the top five city districts in the area of Pula - this was shown in a recently conducted survey in which an increasing number of Pula residents prefer that city district, thus positioning it in the last of the first five places. Veli Vrh is a welcome to the city, a suburban settlement that stands out among all Pula settlements in its contrasts - from the most modern elementary school and the district with the most solar power plants in the city to a traditional settlement of family houses where neighborly ties are still nurtured. Good-neighborly relations, celebrating with cakes when there is an occasion, help and contact over the fence and neighborhood festivals are something that has been lost in the busy daily rhythm, and what makes Veli Vrh different from other Pula neighborhoods. So, for example, Braće Leonardelli and Grubišina streets had a street festival for years in the summer months: the natives celebrated the day when the street was paved about 30 years ago. In fact, it was just an occasion for socializing among the residents of the street who would fence it off to certain house numbers, set the tables, everyone would prepare something to eat and, of course, music would be played and danced.

Très agréable séjour
Très agréable séjour
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Pula. Les chambres de la maison sont grandes et très agréables (nous étions 5). Nous avons profité avec plaisir du jardin pour prendre nos repas. La maison est proche du centre de Pula, des plages et de jolis Villages comme Bale ou Rovij. Jasna nous a très bien reçu et s'est montrée disponible.

Byt je čistý, priestranný a nájdete v ňom všetko co potrebujete k odpočinku, ešte aj hry pre deti. Pani domáca je veľmi milá. K moru sa dá prejsť pešo pohodlne za 15 min. Odporúčam.
