The holiday house consists of two adjacent apartments, has three bedrooms and with two extra sleeping possibilities, can accommodate up to eight people. The apartments are on the ground floor and each hat his own entrance. Every apartment kitchen has a central dining table with chairs and unit equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, dishes and cutlery for 6-8 persons. The larger of the two apartments has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200) and one with two single beds (90x200); the spacious living room-kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster and bathroom with a shower. The second apartment is smaller and is also on two floors. The lower floor has a living room-kitchen with a sofa and the bathroom with a bath. Stairs lead to the bedroom with double bed (160x200) and additional bed. Each apartment has air conditioning, satellite television, internet (wi-fi) and a washing machine. As part of eight hundred square meters of private land, house features a lovely furnished terrace with grill covered with vines and a swimming pool. There is a gazebo with a wooden table and chairs, ideal for enjoying meals. In this colorful ambiance your pets will also feel comfortable, and if you're interested in surfing the wilderness of the virtual world, you will be thrilled by the fact that in this house free internet access is ensured. The property is fenced. House has a private pool depth: 1.5 m and measures: 4 x 7 m, has a outdoor shower, free parasols and deck chairs, sun terrace, lawn with olive trees and swing for kids. Covered parking for max. 2 cars. The price includes : tourist tax, bed linen - changed 1x a week, towels, parking, using air condition, wi-fi and the cleaning service. The house has the Eco Domus certificate. We are actively trying to reduce consumption of water and electricity, reduce waste by making selective separation, to use furniture with the certificate of responsible sources (FSC) and reduce the use of plastic. Only ecological products are used in the house.
