Apartments "Silva" are located on the ground level of a family house, each apartment is aprox. 45m2. Apartments consists of a bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom, vestibule and a kitchen with living room as a one shared space. In the living room there is a couch that can be folded out into a two person bed. From the apartment, guests can exit to the terrace with a sitting area, which extends into a garden that can also be used by guests. Guests can use 4 bicycles, fitness room with table tennis, gas barbecue and laundry service done by the host, all for free. There is a free covered parking spot located in the front yard. Apartments are situated in a peaceful part of the city, 3 km from the centre and old historical part of the town, 3 km from the recently renewed Puntižela beach with a big free parking near the sea, 3 - 5 km from the shopping centers (Plodine, Lidl, Kaufland, City Mall, Max City Stoja), 5km from the public city swimming pools. Apartments are pet friendly. In the case of need, owner's family lives on the first floor and are happy to help guests.
