This complex consists of 6 villas. Each of them has its own fenced yard of 450m2, and the villas have an area of 136 or 169m2. Located in beautiful Pula, these elegant four-bedroom villas are designed for guests seeking privacy, comfort and a refined Mediterranean atmosphere. The villas feature four spacious bedrooms, a bright living room with direct access to the terrace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for a comfortable stay. The outdoor area offers complete privacy and includes a private pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers, a covered seating area and a barbecue, creating the perfect environment for relaxation and social gatherings. For additional entertainment, guests can enjoy table tennis, table football and a trampoline, making this villa a great choice for families and groups of friends. Pets are welcome upon request for an additional fee of EUR 10 per pet per night, payable in cash.
