Parking is free, open type along the entire street, and on the street below the building. It is not possible to reserve a free space, just use your best parking skill;D)). Please pay attention to road signs to avoid unnecessary costs due to improper parking. Each staircase from the lower street leads to the upper road near the building. The apartment is located in a building of 6 floors with an elevator, on the last, 6th floor. It consists of one bedroom, a kitchen, a hallway, and a bathroom. Free public parking, free Wi-Fi, A/C (cooling/heating located directly opposite the door of the bedroom door at a 4m distance to cool/heat the entire space or without the bedroom, by preference), ceiling fan in bedroom, satellite LCD TV, Bluetooth USB/AUX/HDMI/optical TV surround system, fully equipped kitchen (dishwaster, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), washing machine. Surrounded by the sea, islands, and mountains, Rijeka offers a full experience in all seasons. The proximity to the city center and the highway (Rijeka Istok) makes it an ideal destination for business guests. Transportation services in the vicinity offer free and relaxed movements and connections with other attractive destinations. You can easily reach the islands of Krk and Cres. The grocery store is reachable in 50m, the bus stop in 50m, and only 2 stations away from the center (the main bus station is 2,5 km).
