House SAMSA in Rovinj-Borik is situated in the quiet residential area Borik (Pinewood), an area abundant in trees and flower filled gardens. It is on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Rovinj, only 250 m from the beach. Our house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxed holiday at the sea. Families and children are very welcome. You can reach the beach in 5 minutes on foot. The centre of Rovinj with its medieval narrow streets is only 2,5 km away. The 3-room-holiday home A4+1 is suitable for 4 to 5 people. It is a semi-detached house with separate entrance. It consists of a ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor, there is a living room with pull-out sofa bed, dining area, fully equipped kitchen unit (incl. fridge with separate freezer, dishwasher, 4-plate-stove, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, all necessary cooking and dining utensils, kitchen towels etc.), a toilette and a large terrace with outdoor furniture and sun umbrellas and direct approach to the garden. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms each with a 160×200 cm bed, a bathroom and a big balcony. Mini-safe in one of the bedrooms. The 2-room apartment A2+2 is suitable for 2 to 4 people. It is situated on the 1st floor of the main house and consists of a living/sleeping room with 2 sofa beds, dining area and fully equipped kitchen unit (incl. fridge with separate freezer, 2- plate electric stove, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, all necessary cooking and dining utensils, kitchen towels etc.), a bedroom with a 180×200 cm double bed, a bathroom and two balconies, one from each room. Both balconies are equipped with outdoor furniture and sun umbrellas. The studio S2 is a double room with a bathroom and a balcony, situated on the first floor of the main house. It is suitable for 2 people. The room is equipped with a double bed (160×200 cm),a dining table for 2 and a mini-kitchenette (2-plate electric stove, fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, cooking and dining utensils for two people, kitchen towels etc.). The balcony is equipped with outdoor furniture and sun umbrella. No pets allowed in studio. All units are equipped with kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels, kitchen towels etc. Air-conditioning, digital Sat-TV and Wi-Fi internet is included. Use of a washing machine in the basement of the main house available for all our guests at no extra cost.
