An independent entrace offers a great privacy and comfort to the guests. As such it is ideal for a quiet and relaxing holyday. The apartment has 70 m2 and is made up an entrance hall which leads in a fully equipped kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Two terraces stone covered crown it, the main has 55m2 the smallest 9,5m2.You have a panoramic view from the main terrace surrounded by meadows and woods, far away you can see the town with the church’s silhouette and the bell tower of St. Euphemia, the symbol of Rovinj. In front of the house a private garden about 1000m2 offfers the the possibility free to park several cars. Internet access is free, unlimited and available throughout the proprety ( WI-FI ).
