The villa is set on a fully enclosed 1,200 m² property with a well-maintained Mediterranean garden and plenty of space to relax outdoors. The main feature of the garden is the **35 m² heated infinity pool with massage jets**, overlooking the sea and surrounding landscape. A spacious sun terrace with comfortable loungers and an outdoor shower provides a lovely place to spend time in the sun or simply relax by the pool. The outdoor area also includes a summer kitchen with a barbecue, wine fridge and a large dining table, ideal for preparing meals and enjoying time together outdoors. The villa offers 160 m² of living space across two floors and can accommodate up to six guests.
