This 2-bed, bright, Scandi-inspired apartment has direct access to its own spacious terrace with a fantastic sea view. I live in the apartment above with my dog Luna, and am happy to help without disturbing our dear guests. For those relaxing swimming sessions, the clear, blue sea is only 150m away. To enjoy local cuisine there's a 5 min walk to the idyllic fisherman's village, where apart from restaurants, you'll also find a small grocery store. The space The property has a three-story house with three apartments, one on each floor. The listed apartment is located on the ground floor, with its own private terrace. There is an apartment above, where the host lives, and another smaller studio apartment below, on the lowest level. You enter the apartment from the private terrace and walk into an open space containing a kitchen, dining corner, workspace and living room area all in one. This open space has air conditioning. The bathroom with a sink and shower is next to the kitchen while the bathroom with a sink and toilet is in the back next to the bedroom. The kitchen contains a worktop with sink and hob, a small fridge and essential amenities. The dining corner has a table and chairs while the living room area contains two lounge chairs, a small coffee table, reading lamp and shelf with a selection of books, magazines and games. Next to it is a cozy corner with a small sofa and a smart TV. The cozy corner also contains a small desk and chair. In the bedroom you find a double bed, chair, shelves and a rack for your clothes. The window in the bedroom has a mosquito screen. There is no air conditioning in the bedroom. A guest favourite is the spacious terrace that invites you to relax and unwind with its beautiful sea view. There is free parking space in the private garage right next to the house. There is no laundry service on the property. Guest access Guests have access to the apartment, its own private terrace and are welcome to use the outside shower located in the garden. The outside shower is shared with other guests on the property. Other things to note The property is situated three rows back from the sea (about 150m) and the gravel road that leads up to the house is a bit steep in case there is a mobility issue.
