Newly renovated, superb two-bedroom apartment WITH PRIVATE GARAGE, close to Split city center (about 5 minutes walk) and Riva (the waterfront, about 10 minutes walk) short walk to Marjan park hill... The location of the apartment is just opposite the old archeological museum in Zrinsko-Frankopanska street, which is great as it is close enough to the city center, has conveniently grocery shops, bakeries, coffee shops, pharmacy and even a farmers market nearby, but it is peaceful enough to do your work. The apartment has a reliable super-fast fiber internet connection. The apartment has two double bedrooms both with double box-spring beds (180 x200 cm and 160 x 200 cm). Additionally, one of the bedrooms is equipped with a working desk and office chair. There is a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, extractor hood, kitchen utensils, microwave oven, ceramic stove, toaster, kettle...and has washing machine conveniently hidden behind kitchen elements). The apartment has a bathroom with a comfortable overhead shower and underfloor heating system, has a heating towel rack and a hairdryer is provided. There are two balconies, a smaller one (north-facing) connected to the kitchen/lounge area and equipped with a balcony table and chairs, and a large sunny south-facing balcony equipped with balcony chairs. A/C units are in both bedrooms and in the kitchen/lounge area and are used for both cooling in the summer and for heating during the cooler period of the year.
