Welcome to Apartment Como in Sukosan, your holiday accommodation is 30m from the sea. Ideal for boaters, buoy in front of the house. For boats up to approx. 8m The apartment has (free internet) WiFi, a covered outdoor terrace, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. And 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The apartment does not have a sea view. However, the beach is only 30m away from the apartment and is only separated by a road. After a leisurely day at the sea or an excursion, you can relax there in peace, with its own grill, terrace, and berth. The apartment is the right place to spend a holiday with family or friends. We also have a buoy on the beach for medium-sized boats up to about 8m or 3.5 tons (buoy attachment concrete block of about 4-5 tons.) The house is located in a relatively quiet area at the end of the place, right by the sea, and has several beaches (gravel) on the doorstep, as well as restaurants, a beach bar, and a small supermarket. The house is surrounded by a green garden with flowers, olive, and fruit trees, and has a Dalmatian charm. The apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday, whether with family or friends. There are several attractions in the old town of Zadar. The Roman Forum, the pre-Romanesque Church of St. Donatus, the famous Five Wells, a beautiful seafront promenade, as well as a modern complex with unique sea organs, theaters, concerts, wine festivals, exhibitions, markets, restaurants, museums, bars, etc. Daily boat trips are organized from Zadar to the Kornati islands and to the national parks Plitvice, Krka, and Paklenica.

Urlaub direkt am Strand

Freundliche Aufnahme, bei Fragen wurde immer geholfen. Ein großer Hof bzw. Garten, großer Abstellplatz für das Auto. Schöne Terrasse mit Überdachung, leider kein Meerblick.
