Accommodation description
In a quiet part of the city center, on the edge of the pedestrian zone, completely modern newly renovated 5 luxury rooms, each with its own bathroom (hair dryer, bathroom accessories - type hotel room) on the 1st floor. It is possible to enter the rooms indentpendently with the help of smart locks. Rooms are fully air conditioned, equiped with smart-TV, mini-bar, safe, superfast pfree internet/Wi-Fi, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, decorated and equipped to provide you with maximum comfort during your stay. The beds measure 2,05 x 1,8 meters. ( Rooms are without kitchens ). The landlord pays special attention to the hygiene and cleanliness of the rooms. Distance from the waterfront 400 meters and from Diocletian's Palace and the Catedral of St.Duje 350 meters. The waterfront is the main promenade and place for relaxatio in Split, with many cafes, pubs, taverns, clubs and restaurants, as well ascmany cultural events, all in the pedestrian zone. Distance to the famous main city beach Bačvice is 1000 meters. Luxury rooms MARIOTY are close to all important facilities, and in a quiet and paceful street without crowds and noise on the edge of the pedestrian zone. A few minutes walk from the ferry port, train, main bus station and a 10-12 minute easy walk to the ULTRA EUROPE MUSIC FESTIVL stadion. A deposit in case of demage to the accommodation facility in the amount €200 must be paid upon arrival. This deposit is charged in chas. The deposit will be refunded to you upon check-out and after the inspection of the accommodation facility without any demage.

Soba je vrhunsko zasnovana, ima vse, kar potrebujete, ogromno zakonsko posteljo, ki je zelo, zelo udobna, pametno TV, aparat za espresso kavo, hiter Wi-Fi, lepo kupalnico z toaletnim priborom, sušilec za lase. Soba se nahaja v mirni in varni ulici brez hrupa, le nekaj minut hoje od centra starega mestnega jedra, Dioklecijanove palače, glavne obalne promenade, restavracij in drugih zabavnih vsebin. Ko bom spet prišel v Split, bom ostal tukaj.

Odličan prvomajski praznik u Splitu. Smeštaj je bio kao u hotelskoj sobi, krevet velik i dobar, veliki TV, mašina za kafu, sef za dokumente i dragocjenosti, velika kupaonica. Sve maksimalno čisto. Do centra starog grada 3-4 minuta šetnje.
