Are you looking for an apartment where you will really have enough space to relax? Welcome to Apartments Tinel Sukošan. Our completely renovated family house (2026) is located in a quiet street, just a ten-minute walk from the sandy beach Dječji raj and a few minutes from the town center. Here you can leave your car in the private parking lot and spend most of your time on foot - to restaurants, shops, bakeries and cafes. The biggest advantage of our apartments is space. Unlike many apartments on the Adriatic, you will not stay in a small studio or cramped apartment with us. Each apartment occupies an entire floor of the house and provides privacy that guests especially appreciate. Tinel 1 offers as much as 75 m² of interior space and an additional 60 m² of private terrace. It is ideal for families of up to five people and a baby, and in addition to two bedrooms, it has a new modern bathroom and a covered area with a barbecue and the possibility of preparing traditional peka. Tinel 2 covers an area of 70 m², with a large private terrace of 45 m². Three bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for up to five adults, making it a great choice for families or groups of friends. Large glass walls and French balconies fill the apartments with natural light, while spacious terraces become a favorite place for morning coffee, shared meals or relaxation after a day at the beach. Air conditioning, fast optical Wi-Fi, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen and free private parking are at your disposal. If you want a combination of peace, comfort, large square footage and a great location near the sea and Zadar, we believe that you will feel at home in Tinel Apartments.
