The house, built in 2013, is located in the village in a beautiful quiet street. Behind the house is a courtyard with a swimming pool, fenced with a high hedge. There are two other houses with apartments near the house. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed with an extra bed, a kitchen with all household appliances, a bathroom (toilet, shower, washing machine) and a balcony. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (two with double beds, one with two separate beds), a bathroom (toilet, bathtub) and 2 balconies. The pool is 4x7 m large. Next to it are sun loungers, a large stone table with chairs and a fireplace-grill. Next to the house is a wooden gazebo with a wooden sofa set with benches. There is a parking space in front of the house. This is an ideal place for families and people who want to spend their vacation in peace and quiet with the chirping of birds. It is 4 km from the sea. You can choose from beautiful beaches in Umag, Mareda, Dajla, Pineta, Savudrija, Novigrad
