The accommodation is located by the sea; it consists of two apartments(A4=47m2 and A2+1=45m2 of internal space) in Rukavac and one separate detached house(A4+1) 5m from the sea (50m2 of internal space) in Milna. Each Apartment has fenced and covered terraces (2x18m2) with sea view, and private garden(2x45m2) next to each apartment and separate/private entrances. Detached house A4+1, 5m from the sea, has a terrace of 60m2, garden of 140m2 all rround the house: right below the house, 5 meters from the terrace, you can swim, dive or jump into the sea. When you get out of the sea, there is an outdoor shower. On the terrace there are two deckchairs, a brick grill, and a concrete table for sitting or dining, with a view of the blue sea that you can enjoy all day. Part of the terrace above the table and brick grill is covered, providing shade all day long. Each accommodation unit is equipped with: air conditioning, unlimited Wi-Fi internet, LCD TV, and two deckchairs on each terrace. The accommodations are located on the southern side of the island of Vis, where the sea is the warmest; Vis is the island with the most sunny days in the Adriatic. In the vicinity of the accommodation there are also famous beaches/bays: Srebrena, Dimond Beach/Tepluš (warm sea), Zaglav, Zelena špilja, and a long rocky coast on the open sea (nudism/Bili bok, privacy). Private parking is provided.
