The secluded holiday house Green Oasis Vodice is perfect for a holiday in nature and is located only 7 km from the beaches and events in Vodice, in the area of Rakitnica. The area of the property is 600m2 surrounded by a fenced olive grove and there is an unobstructed view of the surrounding greenery. In front of the house there is a large covered terrace (20m2) with a spacious wooden table and chairs & an outdoor kitchen (stove and gas oven). A large stone barbecue is available for the chilling & grilling. On warm summer days, refreshment can be found in the bubble pool with sun loungers and parasol, and an outdoor shower (solar water heating). The house (30m2) is new and built this year - it has two bedrooms with double beds, bathroom (shower + toilet) and internal space for food preparation (refrigerator and work surface, table and chairs). Electricity is obtained by means of solar panels (220V) and a backup generator - suitable for lighting, ceiling fans, charging mobile phones / laptops and TVs. Internet is not available. The water in the house is provided from a tank (volume 3000L), and it should be used carefully. We recommend bottled water for drinking, and cooking water should be boiled first. Parking is free and secured on the property, and the house can be reached by macadam road. The nearest shops (Lidl and Plodine) are at the entrance to Vodice, about 4 km away. For those looking for active tourism, there are several bike paths and a spacious promenade nearby. Pets are welcome at no extra charge!
