New and modern designed villa by the beach Excellent location! Everything you need is near by the villa (restaurants, bakery, beach, shops, markets, glocery, bank or doctor etc.) and that´s what makes it so special. Villa Punta is situated just 40 m from the Adriatic Sea. The property offers an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, jacuzzi and a sauna, and all apartments feature a balcony with far-reaching sea views. Air-conditioned apartments at Villa Punta have a fully-equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV with satellite channels and private bathroom. Guests have the option of having the buffet breakfast in nearest restaurant (s). Private parking is available, too. Free of charge, guests have access to private parking and Wi-Fi throughout the villa. Packed lunches can be arranged upon request. The fitness centre, garden and terrace are available to guests. Snorkelling, diving and fishing can be organised upon request. In addition, daily tours to Šibenik, Split,Zadar, Trogir, Dubrovnik are also available. Villa has private outdoor pool with sunbeds and outdoor shower. Nice gym is provided in basement with exercise equipment, stepper, running belt, room bike and there is also billiards, table football, darts. Each apartment has private safe and Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the site and the apartment.distance. Rent a boat is 80m from apartment and rent a car, scooter or bike is 250m in village. First bakery is on walking distance 160m away. Organized boat excursions to National Parks Krka (25km) and Kornati (12km) are 160m from villa. You can enjou in water sports and sports facilities 300-1200m from villa.

odlična lokacija, čist apartman, osiguran parking, pored plaže, blizu centra, kompletno opremljen. Voda u bazenu čista. Do sada nismo vidjeli da robot tako dobro čisti bazen. Super što ima privatnu terasu i privatan ulaz. Ogromna terasa i krasan pogled na more!

Top position, unique apartments, pool and parking place. Vodice is a charming seaside town, a 40min drive from both the airport in Zadar (north) and Trogir (south). The center consists of cozy stone house located centered around the marina with restaurants, ice- and cocktail-bars lying in a row. Tourists, both young and old, can enjoy a varied offer of activities and attractions. Enjoy sunbathing, swimming and relaxing on the beaches or go fishing, diving, on cycling trips or attend excursions. The town is an ideal base for visiting a number of attractions in the Dalmatia region. Those who want to experience some of the wonderful scenery Croatia offers can travel to the nature reserve Krka 25km distance.National Park Kornati is also well worth a visit, 12km. This national park consists of numerous islands, reefs and lagoons. We also recommend a trip to the island Prvic, Šibenik 10km, Zadar 50km, Skradin 25km, Trogir 55km, Split 70km. Welcome!
