Holiday house in a quiet corner of the town of Vodice, new, built in 2023. The house is fully equipped for comfortable and luxurious living. An outdoor pool of 21 square meters, heated pool, 3 deckchairs and a garden swing with a gazebo and a seating set, as well as a barbecue with a large dining table are an integral part of the large yard. On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, a large corner couch with a coffee table and tambourines, and a bathroom. There are three rooms on the first floor. Master room (bed 180x200cm) with bathroom, fully equipped with bed linen and towels. A room with a bed (180x200 cm) and a room with two beds (90x200 plus 120x200 cm) have a fully equipped bathroom in the common corridor. The house has two parking spaces available. The entire garden is covered by video surveillance. We also offer two boats, Sessa Key largo 6.4m, Yamaha 150hp engine and HM 22 open 6.5m, Honda 150hp engine. The boats are registered for 6 people. Price on request. The house has a unique geographical location. Near NP Krka, Kornati, Paklenica. Larger cities, Šibenik 10km, Zadar 60km, Split 100km. The island of Murter with beautiful natural beaches is located at a distance of 20 km
