Beach, market, bank and entertainment facilities for adults and children in the immediate vicinity. Distances: the house is about 200 m from the seashore, about 3000 m from the city center, the nearest restaurant is about 50 m away and the nearest grocery store is about 60 m away. House description: new house, air-conditioned, internet connection (wireless) in a peaceful and quiet location, super close to the beach (less than 5 minutes walk), near sports facilities, near entertainment facilities, in the courtyard of the house there is a vegetable garden, in the courtyard of the house there is an orchard, a rich growing garden, pets are not allowed. I ask for silence after 10 pm. No noise is allowed even during the day in the apartment, since the apartment is located in an environment where other guests stay and where peace reigns, both day and night.
