Our recently renovated property is located in the prestigious Diklo neighborhood, just 200 meters from Borik Beach, one of Zadar’s most popular seaside destinations, offering a rich selection of amenities, beach bars, restaurants, and various water sports. Our modern, fully equipped one-bedroom apartments are designed to provide a carefree and comfortable stay. Entertainment: Relax in front of a 55-inch Philips TV for your entertainment needs. The 2+1 apartment features a spacious bedroom and an open-concept living area with a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for accommodating a third guest. A standout feature of the apartment is the generous 17 m² private terrace, perfect for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment, while the bedroom also offers direct access to a balcony with a partial sea view. Guests have access to a shared laundry room for both apartments, as well as a convenient storage area in the staircase for beach equipment. Free private on-site parking is provided for your convenience. Guests love our neighborhood for its tranquility, comfort, and proximity to the beach. You just need to walk couple minutes and endless beach is in front of you. For food lovers, the neighborhood is surrounded by couple restaurants that are walking distance from our apartment, "Rafaelo", "Šime" and "Mama mia". Restaurant Niko, is a highly regarded dining spot known for its authentic Dalmatian cuisine, fresh seafood and exquisite local wines. As well, if you want to have casual lunch or dinner, "Famous" bar and grill is 15 minutes walking distance, by the beach. After or before lunch, you can enjoy on the beach. Our neighborhood also offers a variety of shops, supermarkets, and all the essential amenities, ensuring your stay is convenient and worry-free. "Plodine", "Eurospin" and "Muller ", 3 minutes driving distance. We have one local market "Studenac", 405 meters from us with limited selection and the “Tommy” grocery store, 700 meters. It is easy to get around, public transportation is 360 meters from the house which takes you to downtown in 15 minutes or main bus station. There is one more bus station - 650 meters from house with more frequent buses. History and culture enthusiasts will appreciate the short drive to Zadar's Old Town, where you can explore the rich heritage of the city, including the impressive Church of St. Donatus, the Sea Organ, which creates unique melodies with the waves, and the Greeting to the Sun, a fascinating installation that transforms into a light show at night. As well, you can always use taxi service or enjoy romantic stroll along sea side to reach downtown. Always ask for price before accepting taxi ride. We recommend using the Bolt and Uber apps for taxis, as they are convenient, reliable, and easy to use, and they always show you the fare in advance.
