Welcome to your perfect getaway in Zadar. Our recently renovated property is located in the prestigious Diklo neighbourhood, just 200 metres from Borik Beach, one of Zadar’s most popular beaches, with a wide range of amenities, beach bars, restaurants and water sports nearby. Our modern one-bedroom apartments are fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and worry-free. Entertainment: Relax and enjoy a 55-inch TV, providing everything you need for your entertainment. The 2+1 apartment features a spacious bedroom and an open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for accommodating a third guest. A particularly attractive feature is the spacious 17 m² terrace, perfect for relaxing in complete privacy. The bedroom also has direct access to a balcony with a partial sea view. Guests have access to a shared laundry room serving both apartments, as well as a convenient storage area in the staircase for beach equipment. One free private parking space is also provided on the property. Guests particularly appreciate our part of the city for its peaceful atmosphere, pleasant surroundings and proximity to the beach. After just a few minutes of a pleasant walk, you will find yourself on a long and beautiful stretch of beach. There are several excellent restaurants within easy walking distance of the apartment. "Rafaelo" is a great choice if you enjoy meat, particularly for quality meat dishes and grilled specialities. "Maslina" is an excellent choice for pizza, while "Šime", "Mijo" and "Mama Mia" offer a variety of dishes and are also just a few minutes' walk away. For something a little more special, we recommend "Niko", known for its fresh fish, traditional Dalmatian cuisine and excellent local wines. If you are looking for a more casual place for lunch or dinner, "Famous Bar & Grill" is about a 15-minute walk along the beach. You can easily combine your meal with a pleasant walk by the sea and some time on the beach. Our part of the city also offers a variety of shops, supermarkets and all the essential amenities, making your stay convenient and worry-free. "Plodine", "Eurospin" and "Müller" are just a 3-minute drive away. For everyday essentials, there are also smaller shops nearby, including "Studenac", 405 metres away, and "Tommy", just 300 metres away. Getting around the city is easy. Public transport is available 360 metres from the property and takes approximately 15 minutes to reach the city centre or the main bus station. There is another bus stop 650 metres from the property, offering more frequent departures. History and culture enthusiasts will appreciate the short drive to Zadar’s Old Town, where you can explore the city’s rich heritage, including the impressive Church of St. Donatus, the Sea Organ, which creates unique melodies using the movement of the waves, and the Greeting to the Sun, a fascinating installation that transforms into a spectacular light show at night. You can also use a taxi service or enjoy a romantic walk along the seafront to the city centre. We recommend checking the price before accepting a taxi ride. We recommend using the Bolt and Uber apps for taxi services, as they are convenient, reliable and easy to use, and allow you to see the fare before confirming your ride. When making a reservation, guests are required to pay a 30% non-refundable deposit by bank transfer within 5 business days. The remaining balance must be paid 40 days before arrival, unless otherwise agreed in the offer. If a guest is unable to travel on the originally booked dates, they may change the travel dates once to another available date within the same or a lower price range, or change the names of the guests travelling. Final cleaning is charged separately at a cost of €40. Upon arrival, all guests are required to present a valid identity card or passport for the legally required registration in the Croatian eVisitor system. The information from these identification documents is used exclusively for this purpose.
