Our apartment is located in the tourist area of Borik, across the street from the city beach, only fifty meters away. The beach is pebbly, suitable for children, and is especially adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. We are 25 minutes' walk from the historic city center or 10 minutes by car. Within 100 m there are restaurants, bars, market, shop, bank, playground... Zadar airport is 12 km away. The apartment is 80 m2, located on the ground floor of the house and has a large terrace (40 m2), garden, barbecue, gazebo, all furnished for daily relaxation and independent use, the owners do not live in the house. It consists of: two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and a separate bathroom, another smaller room with two beds for one person or, if necessary, one double bed, a living room with a dining room, a kitchen, another larger bathroom and a hallway. The sofa-couch is an extra bed in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven and refrigerator, coffee machine, the second bathroom comes with a shower, toilet, bidet, washing machine, free toiletries. Free private parking, free WiFi, air conditioning, smart TV are available. For a larger group of up to 8 people, an additional studio apartment for two people is available for an extra charge.
