Welcome to Apartment Rustica Zadar with exclusive use of the pool, - on the ground floor! The semi-detached house in the yellow part offers accommodation in 1 apartment on the ground floor (fenced). The owners live on the first floor of the house, completely separate from this apartment. The apartment consists of: -Kitchen with dining area: Fully equipped: dishes, stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, coffee machine, air conditioner, dining table with 6 chairs -Living room: cable TV, chest of drawers, sofa bed for 2 people, a coffee table -2 bathrooms - bathroom with toilet, shower cabin, hair dryer, - 2 bedrooms (each bedroom has air conditioning, a bed, a wardrobe, and a table with a seat + bed linen and 2 towels per person. -5G Wi-Fi outside: -Balcony with a view of the pool and yard - Separate entrance to the apartment - 1 secured parking space in front of the house. - Barbecue in the yard and seating furniture -private pool - seasonal pool open: 01.05-30.09) (6x3x1.55) - Outdoor solar shower, -4 deckchairs - Sunbathing by the pool -Pergola with seating area 150 meters from our house there is a shop, a pizzeria, two bakeries, 2 hairdressers, a pedicure, and a beauty salon. 300 m from our Apartment Rustica there are large supermarkets (Kaufland, Interspar, Tommy, Plodine, Konzum), restaurants, and a pharmacy. Playhouse for dogs: 800m 2 km from the beach and the old town (center of Zadar) In the immediate vicinity of the Rustica apartment is the outdoor sports center "Višnjik", a complex of open fields and accompanying facilities under lighting, which enables everyone to realize all their plans and programs.
