Enjoy your stay in our apartment located in the center of the city, three minutes' walk from the city bridge on the mainland side of the city of Zadar. It is located in an excellent location, with a short walk you can reach the city center and all Zadar's attractions. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen / living room, one bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, a bathroom, a small front yard and a separate entrance. The apartment is air-conditioned, has free Wi-Fi for guests, Sat./LAND TV. Each guest will find clean towels and bed linen. Maximum for 3 people. Just a few minutes' walk from the apartment, there are boat trips to the Kornati National Park or a trip to Krka National Park and Plitvice Lakes. A bakery and a market are near the apartment. You can park your car for free at a distance of ten meters from the apartment. Everything you need is nearby. The city port is a 5-minute walk from us, and if you want to visit the nearby islands of Pašman and Ugljan, the journey takes 20 minutes. The sea is clean, so you can swim in almost any part of the city. We always welcome guests personally and are available if you need anything during your stay in the apartment. My family has always paid great attention to cleanliness and hygiene, which is confirmed by our guests' reviews on other platforms and on our website, and this keeps us in superhost status for the sixth year in a row. Before the arrival of the guests, the apartment is ventilated, disinfected, all surfaces are vacuumed, and clean bed linen and towels are provided that have been washed at the highest temperature and ironed. Safety and health are important to us for ourselves, for my family, but also for you, our guests. Since 2014, I have been renting out my apartment to tourists from all over the world for 8 months a year. We are closed in winter. If you are an Erasmus student studying in Zadar, we can agree on your needs and the monthly price. My apartment is located in the city center near the university, supermarket, post office, banks and everything you need. Always fully cleaned and disinfected the quiet place you are looking for.
