The house is located on Zlarin, an island of the Adriatic coral known as a peaceful retreat for those who want to escape from the noise of the city. Zlarin is called the golden island or green island and offers an ideal destination if you are looking for peace, crystal blue sea, clean air, beautiful pine forests and colourful fun for everyone. There are two national parks nearby! Ferries run from Sibenik and Vodice to Zlarin several times a day ( 25 minutes). The center of the place, beaches, bars, restaurants , cafés etc. are located within walking distance of the house. The house ensures peace and complete privacy as the plot is large and therefore isolated from the sights or sounds of neighborhood, yet it is close enough to let you get anywhere within minutes on foot. Located slightly uphill, the property boasts a spectacular sea view, especially at sunset. The house is located on a plot of 1200 sqm, surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden with different kinds of herbs and trees, ensuring complete peace and privacy. It consists of several separate structures and terraces, built mostly of stone. The house is especially proud of its large terraces which offers a spectacular view of the sea and the surrounding islands. The residential area consists of 3 bedrooms (two with a double bed, and the other with a double bed and a two single beds), a living/dining room with a single bed and a futon, a small kitchen and a bathroom. Beside a small kitchen inside the house, there is a summer kitchen witch is located in a separate building next to the house and features a large window overlooking the main terrace and the sea. There is also a large BBQ area and a stone sink outside.
